Client Services Representative

October 19, 2022 By Tom C

Interlink Training requires a Client Services Representative to join our team based at our new Western Australia site in Forrestdale.

About the Company

Interlink Training is a national recognised training organisation (RTO ID 21055) with offices in Loganholme (Brisbane) and Knoxfield (Melbourne) and now Forrestdale (Perth).  It was founded in 2001 to meet the needs of the electricity supply industry in South-East Queensland. Over time, our training services and development opportunities have expanded to include training for the Vegetation Management (Arboriculture), Horticulture, NBN, Telecommunication and Electrical Supply industries.

About the Role

We are opening a new training facility at Forrestdale and are looking for a self-starter who can work independently. The role requires a person with great customer service and administration skills. While RTO experience would be a significant advantage, it is not essential. We are open to offering full time or part time employment for the right candidate. Regardless, the hours of work will require some flexibility to work around our on-site training.

This position will formally report to the Operations Manager and Training Manager (Qualifications) who are based at our Loganholme (Brisbane) training centre.

About You

You will be a well-presented individual who possesses a flexible and adaptable approach when dealing with clients and participants, along with a sound level of computer literacy, written and verbal communication, time management and organisation skills.

Position Description

If you believe you demonstrate the requirements of the role and would like to review a copy of the position description detailing all other requirements, please email jobs@interlinktraining.com.au and quote reference #2210CSR.

Applicants must submit a current resume (updated within the last 12 months).

Successful applicants only will be contacted to progress to the next stage of the recruitment process.
