Who we are
ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) has recently audited our operations and have extended our accreditation as an Australian RTO through to the 30th of June 2030, which is a significant vote of confidence in our organisation and capacity to deliver quality focussed and compliant training.
What we do
Interlink Training deliveries nationally funded and fee-for-service accredited qualifications and short courses as well as industry and regulator mandated training.
Our initial and refresher training and assessment services are provided to a range of companies and contractors of the vegetation management, horticulture, arboriculture and electrical services industries.
Initial and refresher training is provided to reflect contractor and sub-contractor industry requirements as well as the compliance and endorsement requirements of the electrical supply, horticulture, arboriculture, telecommunications and traffic management sectors. The outcomes of our training and assessment services are built of working safely and competently, whatever you are doing anywhere and at anytime.
Interlink Training can develop and tailor training programs to meet your individual, company or industry requirements.
Our Services
Interlink Training has training and assessment sites across Australia and administrative centres in the Southern Region (Melbourne), the Northern Region (Brisbane) and the Western Region (Perth). We use current equipment, comply with existing standards of the various states and re-create high risk scenarios to build confidence of participants while training. Most importantly all training and assessment activities reflect real work tasks with a strong practical component.
We employ professional and industry experienced trainers and assessors, many of whom are leaders in their field. Our team of skilled and passionate trainers are experts in their field and provide practical experience in real life environments.
Whether it is tree climbing, removing trees in confined spaces, removing vegetation near power lines or working on the NBN, you will be better skilled, more confident and safer at work after your training and assessment at Interlink Training.
Our Commitment
Interlink Training is committed to designing and delivering quality and customer focussed training and assessment services in a financially responsible manner.
Interlink Training is committed to providing specialised initial and refresher programs to the industry sectors on which we focus. The competency development approach that we apply is founded on our key purpose; to provide the vegetation, arboriculture, electrical services, telecommunication, traffic management and horticulture industry sector with independent, quality assured and hands-on training experiences in a safe and professional environment.
We rigorously comply with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) standards that govern us as an Australian RTO. The training and assessment services we deliver to our clients is of the highest quality expected by industry, various state authorities and as required by the national regulator.
Our Performance
Interlink Training is widely regarded as a leading RTO that delivers high quality training and assessment services in the industry sectors that we service across Australia. The vast majority of our clients rate our services at the highest level, as is evident by the large percentage of repeat business we attract.
We have been audited and awarded ongoing state government funded training in Queensland, Tasmania and Western Australia. Recently we have been awarded a funded training contract in New South Wales, which is further evidence of our capacity to deliver quality focussed and compliant training to our clients.
Furthermore, Interlink Training, as a nationally recognised RTO, has its overall performance monitored and formally audited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). ASQA utilises a range of mechanisms to identify and assess provider risk. These mechanisms enable ASQA to monitor providers at all times to identify those RTO’s who present the greatest risk of adversely affecting the community by not complying with regulatory requirements and producing poor quality training and assessment outcomes.
Currently, no issues have been raised by ASQA regarding Interlink Training’s compliance with the national Standards requirements of a Registered Training Organisation and, following our most recent audit, we have had our Certificate of Registration extended to June 2030.
