  1. Prior to commencing your course with Interlink Training, you will have received an email inviting you to login to your Participant Portal. The Participant Portal is powered by a company called aXcelerate, so you may see aXcelerate used interchangeably with Participant Portal. If you have not received this email, please call us on 1300 731 669.
  2. In the email, click the Create your aXcelerate button (if you are a returning student, this button will instead ask you to login with your existing account, with a reminder on what registration method was used (as per step 3 below).
  3. You will be presented with a number of options for signing up. If you currently have a Google, Facebook or Apple account, you can use one of these accounts to register – this will allow you to login with the same details that you would use to login to one of these accounts. If you select one of these three, you will be taken to a screen asking you to confirm you authorise aXcelerate to login with your details. Alternatively, you may register with your Email or Mobile Number and a password (for this guide, we will sign up with email). Lastly, if you have used aXcelerate before with any other training provider, you may already have an account – if so, click on Already have a global account? Sign in here.
  4. Fill in all the fields ensuring that your password match and they follow the requirements listed on screen. Press the Sign up button.
  5. You will now be redirected to the Home Screen of the Participant Portal. Congratulations, you have registered your account. If you have any issues with this process, please call us on 1300 731 669 during business hours.
